    1. Changed Your Mind? (14-Day Refund Policy)

    If you're not happy with your order, you can return it for a refund within 14 days of receiving it. Shipping fees are not refunded.

    To be eligible:

    • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached

    • Returned items must be free from:

      • Fragrance (e.g. aftershave, deodorant)

      • Makeup or body oils

      • Body odour or cigarette smoke

    Important:

    • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect

    • Refunds will be issued once the item is received and inspected — please allow up to 15 business days depending on your payment provider

    • Sale or discounted items are not eligible for returns or exchanges

    • Lingerie, underwear, and other intimate products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons

    • Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on lingerie, jewelry, earrings, swimwear, underwear, socks, and face masks.

    To begin your return, email info@Bellavue-paris.com with:

    • Your order number

    • The item(s) you wish to return

    • A clear photo of the item

    • Your reason for the return

    2. Faulty or Incorrect Items (Up to 14 Days)

    If your item arrives damaged or becomes faulty within 14 days of delivery, we'll send you a free replacement.

    To qualify:

    • The issue must be due to a manufacturing defect, not general wear and tear

    • Contact us via email with clear photographs of the issue

    • You must report the issue within 14 days of receiving the item

    All orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day after payment confirmation.

    Delivery Times

    Our products are shipped from various international and domestic warehouses, depending on stock availability.

    Typical delivery times are:

    • United States: 5–10 business days

    • Europe: 7–14 business days

    • Rest of the world: 10–14 business days

    Please note that delivery time may vary slightly depending on your location and whether the product ships from a local or international warehouse.

    Shipping Costs

    We are pleased to offer free worldwide shipping on all orders.

    Customs Duties and Taxes

    Customs duties and import taxes are not included in our product prices. Depending on your country's regulations, you may be required to pay additional fees upon delivery. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are outside our control.

    Orders Held in Customs

    In some countries, customs may request import duties or taxes to be paid before releasing your parcel. This may cause temporary delays in delivery. Most customs processes take a few days, but in rare cases, it can take up to a few weeks.
